Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. * Update and maintain updated supplier database (Vendor list, PEPP, SUMO) * Collect and share information within the sourcing manager, category manager, procurement manager, Qualify, and Engineering to effectively qualify suppliers based on the qualification process. * Generate a report from the data, identify gaps in the sanity of the information, and correct as aligned with various stakeholders. • Regularly report vendor information to Management. * Any other duties as reasonably required. ## Qualifications * Familiar with sourcing, vendor management − Strong Excel skills. * Experience in data management, updating, and collection * Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and relevant software * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Fluent in English.
