Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing support roles, Familiarity with MES, ERP, or job tracking and scheduling software, Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 5S principles, organizational, communication, and coordination skills, Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup manufacturing environment, A proactive mindset with interest in growing into manufacturing or operations leadership

Formative 3D is seeking an Assistant Technical Project Manager with an industrial engineering or operations background to support production tracking, supply chain coordination, and manufacturing systems implementation. This role is ideal for a junior‑level professional eager to grow into manufacturing leadership while helping drive efficiency across additive manufacturing workflows. You’ll work closely with production leadership and cross‑functional teams to maintain visibility across jobs, materials, and performance metrics as we launch and scale our new production facility.
