This role supports business continuity by minimizing downtime through proactive servicing, rapid response to breakdowns, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. **Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Mobile Equipment Maintenance & Repair:**Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of mobile assets (e.g., forklifts, utility vehicles, electric carts, light-duty fleet vehicles). Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify root causes of malfunctions. Replace or repair defective parts, including engines, transmissions, batteries, tires, brakes, and control systems. * **Preventive Maintenance Programs:** Execute and document preventive maintenance (PM) tasks according to manufacturer guidelines and internal service schedules. Monitor equipment performance trends and recommend adjustments to PM intervals or procedures to enhance reliability. * **Compliance & Safety:**Ensure all work complies with OSHA, local regulations, manufacturer specifications, and JLL/client safety protocols.
