This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization. They will also be coordinating with the Digital GCOE (Global Center of Excellence) to onboard digital solutions effectively. Additionally, they will also coordinate internally to ensure the progress of Metasys PVT (Metasys Performance Verification Tools) implementation and regularly follow up with customers to gather feedback on the OpenBlue Solutions / Hosted Metasys platform and provide training and support to customers on using the platform. Lastly, they will review OpenBlue advisory reports with the team and guide the team in explaining them to customers.
