Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent (GED), Must meet all state-specific education, certification (including CPR/First Aid, where required), licensing, and regulatory requirements, including the ability to pass a background check and complete ongoing professional development., Must be at least 18 years of age.

Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, Previous experience working with young children in a childcare, preschool, or similar setting, Basic understanding of classroom procedures and willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements.
