Reliable means of transportation, Proof of auto insurance, Work in a variety of settings (center, patient home, community, school, telehealth), Work with patients seated on the floor, in small chairs, Move frequently throughout the therapeutic setting, Position oneself to participate and respond to patient movements, Utilize continuous visual tracking, Move to evade aggressive behaviors, Articulate sound and model speaking clearly, Listen to and shape vocal communication, Use modeling to teach gross motor skills, Use modeling to teach fine motor skills, Work in both indoor and outdoor settings, Work in a variety of weather conditions, Lift up to 30 lbs
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) Credential or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Bachelor’s Degree with 12 units of ABA and 1 year experience OR a bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience OR a master’s degree with the appropriate experience, Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services, Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance

What You'll Do.
Direct implementation of CARD treatment programs
Mid-level supervision and direct therapy
Oversee delivery and data collection
Assist in implementation and design
Assist with administrative and clinical tasks
Provide top-quality supervision of cases
Provide clinical feedback to Behavior Technicians
Report regularly to Clinical Supervisors
Conduct Caregiver Collaboration meetings
Assist with FBAs and BIPs
Set and meet performance goals
Assist in training new staff members
Provide direct treatment to patients
Maintain HIPAA compliance
Minimize cancellations
Attend required trainings and meetings
