As our Assistant Superintendent , you’ll help to lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line - on time, on budget, and with the craftsmanship our reputation depends on. * Continuously monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses * Provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs * Ensure clear communication of project-specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel. Provide regular and respectful feedback for all under your direction * Monitor company equipment and supplies to ensure the needed equipment is where it’s required. * Inspect tools and equipment and notify the Tools and Equipment Manager for service and repair as needed * Pitch in hands-on when needed, including night shifts or extended hours, to overcome challenges and meet critical milestones ## Qualifications You bring grit, accountability, and an entre
