Must Have
Degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, 2–5 years of relevant experience in 3D modelling, Minimum CEFR level B1 English, Hands-on experience from at least three large Revit design projects, Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications
Nice to Have
Experience working abroad, Knowledge of Swedish building industry, Knowledge of FME, Good knowledge of Swedish language, Skills in AutoCAD, Skills in NavisWorks/Solibri

Maintain BIM models using Revit
Support creation of families
Support creation of templates
Support creation of project standards
Ensure models are well-structured
Ensure models are coordinated
Ensure models aligned with project requirements
Convert point cloud data into BIM-ready models
Integrate scanned data into design
Integrate scanned data into coordination processes
Ensure data alignment
Contribute to model coordination
Support clash detection activities
Review models for inconsistencies
Review models for missing information
Review models for deviations from standards
Script automated model checking
Support implementation of BIM standards
Support implementation of naming conventions
Support implementation of classification systems
Contribute to improving workflows
Contribute to improving templates
Contribute to improving digital tools
Stay up to date with BIM tools
Stay up to date with BIM technologies
Stay up to date with BIM best practices
