What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed vocational training as a draftsperson, structural design technician or comparable technical qualification, Up to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, Very good knowledge of Tekla, Experience in creating reinforcement models and 2D reinforcement drawings in Tekla, Experience working on BIM projects, Good spatial awareness, precise working methods, Good spoken and written English, Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality
Nice to Have
Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role, Experience working on Swiss projects, Good German language skills at B2 level or higher, Good knowledge of Allplan, Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Good knowledge of Revit, Experience with Python, Experience with Grasshopper for Rhino

Creation of 3D BIM models
Preparation of drawings
Development of models and drawings
Preparation of related documentation
Close collaboration with project managers
Active communication within project team
