About the team in Sweden Our Malmö office in Sweden is home to a team of around 10 dedicated BIM Specialists. They are a part of Advisory, working across cost management, sustainable building strategies, and early‑stage energy and design analysis to support smarter decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle. We work with a wide range of assignments, spanning from early‑stage BIM strategy development to the long‑term management of Digital Twins. Our team is currently involved in around 20 ongoing projects of varying scale and complexity. In general, we work in dedicated project teams, and our engineers typically handle 2–5 projects simultaneously. The design-phase of our projects is a relatively set process with following main stages: * Pre-design * Conceptual design * Detail design * As-Built drawings.
