Must Have
Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager, Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team, Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others, Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention, with follow-through skills to successfully implement tasks and initiatives

and customer service targets
Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency
