As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help drive daily operations while motivating your team, fostering collaboration, and contributing to a culture rooted in engagement and excellence. You’ll support key initiatives that elevate store performance, strengthen the brand, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities * Team Support & Coaching: Inspire and develop a high-performing team in a positive environment. Maintain an active presence on the sales floor to guide and motivate. * Customer Experience : Deliver an outstanding experience and prioritize customer satisfaction above tasks. * Performance Support : Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to support store goals and brand growth. * Talent Support & Development: Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training team members. Support succession planning and contribute to performance management processes. * Operations : Manage inventory, compliance, and procedures. Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills. * Visual & Merchandising: Maintain an appealing environment aligned with presentation standards.
