Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry, Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops, Excellent communication skills, Extensive people management skills, Confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team, Attention to detail, Experience in stock management, Experience in visual merchandising, Entrepreneurial mindset, Ability to identify growth opportunities, Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude, Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
