Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry, Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops, Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team, attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising, Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude, Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
