What You'll Do.
Support Store Manager in sales
Manage store during Store Manager's absence
Lead team members in servicing customers
Supervise customer service levels
Ensure retail sales counter is adequately staffed
Assist in setting team member goals
Assist in hiring process
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy
Process buy online/ship to store orders
Utilize electronic outside purchase order ledger
Process retail customer returns and exchanges
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves
Communicate Zipline messages
Ensure team members comply with company policies
Perform store opening/closing duties
Assist in maintaining store building and vehicles
