Assists in investigations of shortages/overages of $100 per month or less as well as inventory variations of. 5% of sales or less.
Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays., Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license., Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, i. e. , outside, cooler, etc., Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb latter/stairs and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift., Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years supervisory experience, Ability to work unsupervised, Ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately, Ability to perform basic computer functions, Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license, Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, i. e. , outside, cooler, etc., Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb latter/stairs and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift., Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area., Applicants must be at least 18 years old, Vocational or Technical Education, High School Diploma or equivalent
What You'll Do.
Assisting the general manager with the management of day-to-day operations of the store
Adhering to Global Partner's policies and procedures
Completing required daily accounting paperwork and transmitting by deadline
training and disciplining non-exempt (hourly) employees
Holding employees accountable for upholding operational standards
Monitoring shift cash handling and inventory
Assisting in investigations of shortages/overages and inventory variations
Maintaining business records
Reviewing cashier accountability sheets and records
and/or other administrative duties
Managing cash management procedures including bank deposits and change orders
Maintaining Grand Opening Ready Standards
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation
Ensuring store is secure and complies with all safety and environmental guidelines
Reporting issues to proper authority and management
Ensuring adequate gasoline levels and coordinating gasoline deliveries
Engaging in all company promotional initiatives
Promoting a high level of guest service
Performing duties as required by company policies and procedures
