The Role: As an Assistant Store Manager at Mejuri, you’ll be a key player in delivering an exceptional retail experience and supporting the store leadership team with its day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist in overseeing store performance, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The team views you as the go-to for guidance when it comes to all things STACK and you serve as a partner to the Store Manager across business areas such as operations, inventory control, and merchandising. You will also support the team to meet KPIs such as customer retention, conversion rates, and NPS. With a passion for operational efficiency and team engagement, you’ll help create a positive, high-energy work environment where both the team and business can thrive.
