Ci inorgoglisce elevare la moda ad un'altro livello, collegando il nostro stile unico alle persone di tutto il mondo. ## ### **LA TUA NUOVA POSIZIONE:** Stiamo cercando un* **Assistant Store Manager** per il nostro nuovo team nel negozio di nuova apertura di Cagliari Le Vele. **PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’:** Supporterai il direttore del negozio nella gestione efficace del negozio, migliorando le performance di vendita, garantendo un eccellente servizio ai clienti e assicurando che il team svolga le attività quotidiane in un ambiente positivo. -Pianificare, attuare e monitorare le misure necessarie per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita. -Possedere una buona conoscenza dei prodotti e della moda. -Conoscere e applicare gli standard di visual merchandising del marchio e della stagione. -Garantire e collaborare all'attuazione degli standard di merchandising e ottimizzare lo spazio di vendita per massimizzare la redditività. -Agire come modello di ruolo e promuovere una comunicazione efficace all'interno del team di vendita. -Reclutare, formare e garantire la perfetta integrazione dei nuovi dipendenti. **CHI SEI:** Esperienza di gestione e visual merchandising in un negozio dinamico nel settore della moda (almeno 1 anno). Orientamento al cliente e all'immagine, conoscenza del prodotto e orientamento commerciale. Motivazione e passione per la gestione delle persone attraverso l'esempio.
