As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team, deliver an exceptional in-store experience, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll bring a forward-thinking, hands-on approach to retail leadership - shaping a store environment that reflects the creativity, energy, and community spirit of Herschel. You’re a people-first leader who knows how to balance coaching, operations, and results. You motivate your team, uphold high standards, and solve problems in real time - creating memorable experiences that build loyalty and keep our customers returning again and again.
