Must Have
4+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion retail management, Proven leadership skills, customer service expertise, Demonstrated success in driving sales performance, Excellent product knowledge, Solid understanding of retail operations

experience managing, motivating, and developing large teams, established local client network, managing budgets and inventory, fashion trends, materials, and market positioning, merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
