What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible retail management experience, Completion of Public Health Food Handler certification, Smart Serve certification, Level A First Aid & Basic CPR certification, Working knowledge of the retail environment, Working knowledge of food products, High standards for quality and freshness, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Manage changing priorities, Maintain performance results, Comfort learning and working with both manual and automated systems, Experience using various computer software applications, Extended periods of standing, Heavy lifting, Work in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions, Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have
Retail management experience preferably within the perishable food sector, French language skills

Represent Farm Boy within the community

Assist Store Manager with key business deliverables
Ensure ongoing safety and security of store operations
Respond to emergency situations
Support accurate financial operations
Oversee safe management processes
Oversee documentation and record retention
Oversee cashier reporting
Oversee refund oversight
Maintain front-end integrity
Undertake additional responsibilities
