What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible retail management experience, Completion of Public Health Food Handler certification, Smart Serve certification, Level A First Aid & Basic CPR certification, Working knowledge of the retail environment, Working knowledge of food products, High standards for quality and freshness, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Comfort learning and working with both manual and automated systems, Experience using various computer software applications, Extended periods of standing, Heavy lifting, Work performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions, Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have
Retail management experience preferably within the perishable food sector, French language skills

Oversee item maintenance
Oversee quality control
Oversee product rotation
Oversee shrink management
Oversee merchandising
Ensure ongoing safety and security
Perform proper opening and closing procedures
Respond to emergency situations
Support accurate financial operations
Oversee safe management processes
Oversee documentation and record retention
Oversee cashier reporting
