Maximize store performance
Work with customers to negotiate pawn and sales transactions
Drive revenue and control cost
Deliver budgeted operating margins
Complete and oversee sales and loans transactions
Analyze reports on key business metrics
Provide recommendations and necessary actions
Ensure customer service standards are met
Assist with staffing and retention efforts
