What You'll Do.
Maximize store performance
Work with customers to negotiate pawn and sales transactions
Complete and oversee accurate sales and loans transactions
Analyze reports on key business metrics
Ensure customer service standards are met
Assist with staffing and retention efforts
Assist with Team Member onboarding and training
and performance feedback
Conduct structured 1:1s with team members
Perform daily management responsibilities
Drive personal vehicle for business needs
