What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Associate in a retail environment, Sales skills with a proactive, customer-oriented approach, Ability to interpret daily performance data and translate it into actionable steps that drive results, Fluent in English

What You'll Do.
Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations
Motivate and manage Sleep Experts (sales staff) to meet and exceed sales targets
Advise customers on products
Perform engaging and insightful tests with colleagues
Oversee administrative tasks
and shift coordination
Execute all visual merchandising guidelines
Manage customer interactions and ensure a seamless
high-quality end-to-end experience
Take ownership of the store when required
confidently managing operations in the absence of the Store Manager
