Ως Assistant Store Manager καθημερινά: * Υποστηρίζεις τον/την Store Manager στην καθημερινή λειτουργία του καταστήματος, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή και αποδοτική ροή εργασιών . * Επιβλέπεις τις καθημερινές διαδικασίες του καταστήματος, όπως παραλαβές, ανεφοδιασμό ραφιών, συλλογή & συσκευασία παραγγελιών και έλεγχο πιθανών απωλειών. * Συντονίζεις και καθοδηγείς την ομάδα του καταστήματος, στην επίτευξη στόχων παραγωγικότητας και στη δημιουργία άριστης εμπειρίας προς κάθε χρήστη. * Διασφαλίζεις την επάρκεια των αποθεμάτων μέσω τακτικών απογραφών και ελέγχων, επιλύοντας τυχόν αποκλίσεις. * Εντοπίζεις λειτουργικά ζητήματα και ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης διαδικασιών, ενημερώνεις τον/την Store Manager και συμβάλλεις * Διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των SOPs, των κανόνων υγιεινής & ασφάλειας, καθώς και τη σωστή οργάνωση του χώρου. ## Qualifications Θα χρειαστεί να: * Έχεις 2 χρόνια εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά στο q-commerce / λιανικό εμπόριο / εμπόριο τροφίμων / H
