Must Have
2 years+ sales management, product sales, customer service experience, Experience with leading, coaching, mentoring, and/or teaching a team, Experience with computers (MS Excel), Experience with POS systems (RetailPro), A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience, An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
Nice to Have
ideally in a specialty retail environment, Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest
What You'll Do.
Manage store's team members
Ensure sales associates meet sales goals
enthusiastic customer service
Maintain product knowledge
Provide in-depth product information
Assist with store operations
Administer returns/store credit
Handle special orders
Assign tasks to sales associates
Drive sales for the team
Provide training to team
Communicate sales goals
Demonstrate ownership of store presentation
Assign cleaning tasks
Assist with organizing

Stay up-to-date with brand knowledge
