Nice to Have
Ideally in a specialty retail environment, Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest

Manage store's team members
Ensure sales associates meet sales goals
enthusiastic customer service
Maintain product knowledge
Provide in-depth product information
Assist with store operations
Administer returns/store credit
Handle special orders
Assign tasks to sales associates
Lead sales driver for the team
Provide training to team
Communicate sales goals
Demonstrate ownership of store presentation
Assign cleaning tasks
Assist with organizing
Assist with merchandising
Stay up-to-date with brand knowledge
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge
Stay up-to-date with company information
Stay up-to-date with sales events
Stay up-to-date with company-wide events

Team & Collaboration
Share responsibility for managing the store's team members; Hold Sales Associates accountable; Provide customers and team members with in-depth information; Dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates; Communicate sales goals to team; Become a resource to the store's team members
