Partnering with the Store Manager to coordinate staffing

and resolving customer escalations

Implementing operational procedures to enhance store efficiency

Leading inventory accuracy efforts through regular cycle counts and adherence to inventory management best practices

Analyzing performance data to identify sales trends and opportunities for process optimization

Providing expert knowledge on products and services
