Full Job Description

Borough Kitchen is looking for an organised and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of our Hampstead store. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role will help oversee store operations, support the team, maintain high standards of customer service and presentation, and contribute to sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, good communication skills, and a practical, hands-on approach. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with customers and our products, supporting a team, and helping to create a positive and well-run store environment. ** Location:** 1 Hampstead High St, London NW3 1RG **Hours:** Full-time (40 hours/5 days a week - including weekends and bank holidays) Good to know: Our peak season falls in November and December, with Saturdays and Sundays being our most active days. Working during these periods is an important part of supporting our customers and the wider team.
