For more information, go to [beyondyoga.com](http://beyondyoga.com/) # **About the Job** * You will be accountable for operational excellence in execution of daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control * You will support the Store Manager in leading the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plan with a primary focus on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment * Accountable to store manager for driving process adoption, opening and closing the store as a visible service leader and supporting resolution of customer concerns with a positive outcome * Assess and strategize how to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPI’s) * Assist in the interviewing, hiring, training and retention of store team * Support the onboarding process for new hires educating on Beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge, selling culture, and other employee responsibilities * Execute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate v
