**The Role You Could Play** We are looking for a passionate **Assistant Store Manager (2IC)** to help lead our **MECCA Narellan****** store in NSW in a **full-time capacity working Sun-Thu.** You will be reporting to the Store Manager and responsible for * Living and breathing the MECCA values as you lead by example * Drive success and engagement in the store team, assisting in performance management and upholding the company values * Ensure smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience **What You Will Bring** We look for experienced and passionate leaders who are capable of engaging and motivating a team, driving operational excellence and delivering on sales and KPI expectations.
