Must Have
3+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field, 1+ years of experience managing a team, Flexibility in schedule, including regularly scheduled late-night and weekend hours

lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads
coach and develop high-performing team members

serve as a change agent for the site
help the team navigate new initiatives and growth projects
tackle onsite escalations
drive results in one or more specific focus areas or a specific shift
drive success through effective scheduling
execute inventory management processes
deploy best practices from across the network
analyze data and make strategic recommendations
execute actions regarding resource allocation
warehouse organization
lead process improvement projects
coach and empower the team to provide a highly quality customer experience
