Salary Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 The Encore Boston Harbor Assistant Shift Manager – Slots will be responsible for supporting management of the daily operations of the Slot Department; including supervising operations staff and assisting with slot moves, modifications, installations, and upgrades, and monitoring slot floor performance. Ensures that gaming activity is conducted in accordance with the Gaming regulations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: establishing the department strategy and supporting the alignment with overall Encore Boston Harbor strategy; maximizing opportunities for departmental success; maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
