What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Demonstrated experience managing large catering and village services teams, Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles, Proven leadership experience within remote sites, camps, hospitality, catering, accommodation, or village environments, Experience supporting operational compliance, service delivery standards, and continuous improvement programs, Ability to travel safely to and from work, Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours), Obtain a National Police Check, Pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
