What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Demonstrated experience managing large catering and village services teams, Proven leadership experience within remote sites, camps, hospitality, catering, accommodation, or village environments, Experience supporting operational compliance, service delivery standards, and continuous improvement programs, Ability to travel safely to and from work, Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours), Required to obtain a National Police Check, Pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening, Ability to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions

Nice to Have

Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles, Excellent people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management skills
