High School Diploma or equivalent required, Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, Ability to operate an automobile
What You'll Do.
Welcome customers and ensure prompt service
Interact with customers to determine service needs
Perform visual inspection of vehicles
Complete service work orders
Educate customers on vehicle maintenance
Serve as liaison between technicians and customers
Provide administrative support to Service Advisors
Follow up with service customers
Demonstrate excellent customer service
Continue training alongside experienced advisors
Complete and maintain all required training
Ability to work Saturdays
