What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years prior employment as security officer, At least 21 years of age, Valid Security License, Driver's license, Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, Ability to pass criminal background check, Maintain a working telephone number, Ability to stand for extended periods, Ability to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs, Ability to accommodate foot patrols on interior, Ability to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather

Marksman Security Assistant Security Supervisors El Paso, Texas $26.00/hr All Shifts Weekend and holiday availability may be required The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security, military or law enforcement. State training and licensing assistance may be available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities: Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift. Report directly to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman Manage a team of security officers, including participating in scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support. Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property. Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately. Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, recognition, etc.). Provide the basis of a great work environment by treating staff with respect. Assist in the Coordination and/or conduct site-specific “on the job training”, client–specific training and annual refresher training for staff by adhering to Marksman training standards.
