This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing the project’s safety program and promoting a zero-accident culture. Monitor daily construction activities for compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies. Support safety inspections and help identify and correct deficiencies in the field. Maintain accurate safety documentation and assist with training sessions on topics such as fall protection, confined space, and OSHA requirements. Collaborate with project teams and trade partners to ensure safety compliance and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, safety management, or a related field. Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, and a “team first” mindset. Ability to identify and resolve safety issues effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: Internship or prior experience in construction or engineering environment.
