Master's degree or comparable expertise, In-depth expertise in plant breeding, Field trial experience, Seed production experience, Hands-on experience managing greenhouse trials, Hands-on experience managing field trials, Strong data analysis skills, Large database management skills, Proficiency in English (written and spoken), Excellent MS Office proficiency, Ability to work autonomously, Ability to work in a structured manner, Ability to manage priorities under pressure
