You will work collaboratively with the Restaurant Manager and wider team to deliver exceptional service, maintain operational excellence, and create memorable experiences for our guests. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. - Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery during all shifts - Supervise and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff, providing constructive feedback and fostering a supportive team environment * Maintain the highest standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns with empathy and professionalism whilst seeking innovative solutions - Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to optimise costs without compromising quality - Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions * Assist in staff recruitment, induction, and training programmes to build a skilled and motivated team - Analyse financial performance, manage budgets, and contribute to revenue-generating initiatives - Maintain detailed records of service charges, tips, and financial transactions using Point of Sale systems - Collabor
