Must Have
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment, leadership and team management skills, Excellent communication and organizational abilities, Solid understanding of restaurant operations, financial awareness, and guest service excellence, Flexibility to work shifts based on operational needs
Nice to Have
Fluency in additional languages are considered an asset, knowledge of food & beverage products and service standards
