Must Have
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, leadership and interpersonal skills, Excellent knowledge of restaurant service and guest relations, Good communication skills in English, Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively, organizational and problem solving skills, Service oriented mindset with attention to detail, Familiar with HACCP and food safety standards, Proficient in POS systems and restaurant operations software, Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Nice to Have
Previous experience in a supervisory role, Previous experience in luxury hotel or upscale restaurant operations
