3+ years restaurant management experience, 3+ years retail management experience, Must be 18 years of age or older, High school diploma or equivalent required

Some college preferred, New restaurant opening experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Hire hourly crewmembers
Terminate hourly crewmembers
Own onboarding process
Own status change process
Create crewmember schedules
Create training schedules
Manage crewmember performance
Act as manager on duty
Enforce policies and standards
Execute shift management
Meet operations standards
Meet safety standards
Support shift execution
Take corrective action
Deploy crewmembers during shift
Provide customer service
Utilize reward programs
Authorize employee functions
Ensure restaurant cleanliness
Ensure facility is in good order
Complete assigned duties
