Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in infrastructure, road works, and utilities projects (dry and/or wet), Proven track record in supervising all aspects of road and general infrastructure projects, Proficient in computer applications for data access, record management, report generation, and relevant engineering/construction software, command of English, both written and spoken, with excellent technical writing and communication skills, Solid understanding of engineering and construction processes, as well as industry standards and best practices
Nice to Have
good knowledge about contractual relationships, fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software, fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills, Keep necessary records and as-built records and take charge of the handing over of the utility works to the respective service authorities and assist the contractor to obtain necessary
