This team drives rapid growth in digital SME financing, bolstered by the strategic GXS Capital acquisition. **_What you’ll do_** * Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing SME clients. * Act as a point of contact for partners & clients, addressing queries, providing timely updates, and ensuring smooth communication between partners, clients and the company. * Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring all records are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements * Assist in preparing internal reports and sales pipelines * Liaise with internal stakeholders (credit, operations) to ensure smooth processing of transactions and disbursals ** _What you’ll need_** * No prior experience in banking or finance is required, though experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role is beneficial. * Ability to handle data and documents accurately, ensuring all client and transaction details are correct. * Able to take initiative, stay organized, and be resourceful in completing tasks with minimal supervision. * Able to adjust quickly to changes in the workplace or client needs, with a positive attitude.
