_**Job Description:**_ The Residential Assistant Property Manger assists in the execution of strategic business plans and in leading day-to-day operations for an assigned residential building. The Residential Assistant Manager is a gatekeeper of accuracy and ensures accounting and administrative functions are conducted with precision. The Assistant Manager is a team leader and offers coaching and support to associates. They lead the team by example and ensure service and sales standards exceed customer expectation as well as ensure the property achieves established financial and operational goals. **Perks & Benefits: ** When you feel good, you do good. Track resident service requests to ensure accuracy and resident satisfaction.
