Must Have
Real estate license required, 2+ years Commercial Property Management experience, Verbal and written communication skills, Basic accounting knowledge and skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree preferred, Experience using Yardi or MRI, Experience using Kardin, Experience using AvidXchange, Experience using IMPAK, Experience using similar programs
What You'll Do.
Assist with building operations issues
Enhance tenant relations
Schedule vendor activities
Provide customer service
Resolve building operations issues
Ensure vendor contract compliance
Recommend vendor contracts
Complete vendor contracts
Ensure adherence to owner policies
Ensure compliance with regulations
Answer office telephone
Receive work order requests
Coordinate with building technician
Coordinate with vendors
Schedule building activity
Contact tenants regarding rent
Review invoice coding
Prepare monthly reporting package
Prepare financial reports
Prepare annual operating budgets
Prepare capital budgets
Reconcile operating expenses
Coordinate insurance procurement
Coordinate electricity procurement
Coordinate real estate tax review
Ensure compliance with agreements
Facilitate accounting needs
Facilitate leasing needs
Facilitate marketing needs
Facilitate construction needs
Ensure lease compliance
Process tenant billbacks
Respond to emergency calls
Resolve emergency calls
Execute tenant events
