What You'll Do.
Resolve building operations issues
Ensure vendor contract compliance
Complete vendor contracts
Ensure policy adherence
Ensure regulatory compliance
Answer office telephone
Receive work order requests
Coordinate technician or vendor
Schedule building activity
Contact tenants regarding rent
Review invoice coding
Prepare monthly reporting package
Prepare financial reports
Prepare operating budgets
Prepare capital budgets
Prepare operating expense reconciliations
Coordinate insurance procurement
Coordinate electricity procurement
Coordinate real estate tax review
Ensure management agreement compliance
Facilitate accounting needs
Facilitate leasing needs
Facilitate marketing needs
Facilitate construction needs
Assist with lease compliance
Process tenant billbacks
Respond to after-hours calls
Resolve after-hours calls
