Address and resolve check-in report issues
Facilitate property visits
Document property observations
Take necessary actions based on findings
Coordinate routine maintenance tasks
Coordinate reactive maintenance tasks
Process payment of invoices
Manage payment of invoices
Maintain accurate property records
Maintain landlord instruction records
Maintain tenancy agreement records
Complete end-of-tenancy procedures
Foster positive landlord relationships
Foster positive tenant relationships
Address tenant concerns
Answer tenant queries
Facilitate tenant communication
Review check-out reports
Agree deductions with landlords
Negotiate with tenants
Be responsible for TDS claims
